Die Casting Setup

We have three High Pressure Die Casting machines of Zitai make with the following capacity:

• 100 Ton
• 150 Ton
• 250 Ton

Each of these HPDC cell is equipped with a furnace of capacity 250 kg. Additionally we have a furnace of 100 kg capacity to produce gravity die castings.

We are well equipped to carry out secondary operations such as Trimming, Deburring, Buffing, and Tumbling.

Quality Assurance

One of the key requirements to get a good casting is to make sure the melt is of good quality. We have the following equipments to ensure production of high quality components:

• Vacuum Porosity Tester
• Spectrometer

Machining Setup

To deliver finished components to our customers we have an in-house machining facility with the following machines:

• BFW make CNC
• BFW make VMC - 800 mm length
• BFW make VMC - 1500 mm length
